To comply with the Swiss Federal Act on the Surveillance of Post and Telecommunications (BÜPF), we are legally required to verify the identity of tenants renting telecommunication equipment. You will be asked to send a photo of your ID/Passport via a secure channel (WhatsApp). This data is strictly used for verification and legal compliance. It is not used for marketing purposes.

C. Payment Data

We operate a cashless service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Payments are processed by third-party secure payment providers (Stripe) or TWINT. We only receive a confirmation of payment (Status: Paid/Failed) and the name of the payer to match it with the booking.

3. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

We treat your data confidentially. However, to provide our service, we use trusted technical service providers (Data Processors), who are contractually bound to data protection:

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.): For customer communication.
• Stripe / TWINT: For secure payment processing.
• Hosting Provider: For hosting our website securely.

Data may be transferred to servers abroad (e.g., USA for WhatsApp/Stripe). In such cases, we rely on standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions to ensure data protection.
